Phase 1: Planning and Preparation
Ensuring that our project has the tools needed to be organic and functional, we'll prepare our project with the following steps:
- Project Initiation, Scope Creation
- Requirements Gathering
- Feasibility study
- Design (Wireframing and Prototyping)
- Feature Definition + Prepare for Agile phase
- Project Environment's Initiated
- Hello-World Deployment Pipeline Initiated
- Resource Acquisition
Phase 2: Iterable Execution and Development
With requirements in place, and a feedback-loop initiated through our deployment pipeline, we can begin to build one feature at-a-time, based on a balance of customer and developer prioritization. The below steps will be iterated throughout the duration of the development process.
- Feature Development
- Test and Deploy, using Automation
- Review progress, train users
- Receive feedback, document wins, and iterate
Phase 3: Launch to Maturity
Upon completing the planned features, we will ensure the support team is setup for success with the following steps:
- Pre-launch documentation
- Document and execute a support plan
- Deploy the product
- Celebrate!
- Build and propose a scale-roadmap
- Hand off the project to the support team
